A. We are 100% online! Shop 24/7 at www.ciecie.com.au
Q. Will you be getting new stock in?
A. Yes. We are working hard with suppliers to fulfil orders with new pieces arriving seasonally. Keep checking back or email us at shop@ciecie.com.au to find out when the next drop is arriving.
Q. Do you have gift cards?
A. Yes. Shop for them here. Available in denominations of AUD $50, $100 & $300
Q. Will you be taking returns?
A. Customer satisfaction is the most important to us. We want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchase so if it just isn't working, we will provide a credit note or refund of the item with receipt if it hasn’t been worn and is in it’s original, saleable condition with tags within 14 days. Sale or promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless goods are faulty.
